WHAT THE UFO IS THAT?

A VIRAL video of a stunning natural phenomenon has got UFO-seekers convinced that a close encounter is on the horizon.

The YouTube clip shows a “strange” cloud that looks strikingly similar to a flying saucer.

It appears reflected in the sky above as it floats ominously over the motorway.

Witness Anthony Sakowski, who uploaded the video is convinced the “haze” was “hiding a UFO”.

Scott C. Waring – who runs UFO sightings Daily and is widely regarded as the King of the alien hunters – described the sighting as an “actual UFO”.

He wrote: “This UFO was noticed when the sun lit it up and caused a disk reflection above it in the clouds.

“Only a metal reflective surface could do this, and as you see, the dark area of the cloud is an actual UFO.

“The lighter parts are the thin cloud as the sun shines through it.

“Even cloaked in a cloud, this is clearly a UFO”.

But it’s likely that the rare spectacle has more Earthly origins.

Clouds cool Earth’s surface by reflecting incoming sunlight, and the appearance of two identical shapes is not necessarily caused by a “cloaked” metal object.

It isn’t the first time mysterious objects have been spotted soaring above Earth.

A massive disc-shaped object was captured crossing the moon’s surface in December sparked fears it was an alien spaceship.
