I have this picture saved http://imgur.com/qgm83pK but know nothing about it. Looking at the Kenneth Arnold sighting recently and I can see a possible correlation between his sketch and that craft http://ufoevidence.org/cases/case511.htm

Add an other worldly embellishment to the sketch for journalistic effect and you get the illustration he is pointing to in the article.

Is the pic a known experimental craft? Does anyone have a name or link so I can read more?
