How often do objects such as these loiter in the skies above highly populated areas? More often than you might think. Our minds are a powerful thing, capable of masking our own senses when confronted with things that are unexpected.

As we can see in the video, the wind is moving in one direction as the object moves in the opposite direction. As far as we know, clouds still don’t move under their own power!
