This phenomenon seems to be caught on camera on a regular basis but what makes this footage interesting is that you can see the object move backwards and forwards. This does not seem to move like an normal cloud or look like a normal cloud. Could this be some sort of ” Cloud Camoufalge ” or ” Cloaking Technology ”.
