A man by the name of Bernard Bernardovich Kazhinskiy was believed to have found out a certain talent that no one has known that dogs have.

His career was generally in the area of the circus and was mostly known to walk the trapeze line for the amusement of his crowds, however after this act he then began to place a large amount of focus on a variety of animals.

His primary target being dogs. Kazhinskiy would test out his beliefs about the capabilities of dogs from the lab of Vladimir L. Durov, a very known animal trainer. These two would often concoct theories regarding these four-legged creatures. Durov was believed to have developed an ability to communicate with animals through mental capabilities, or essentially not speaking any words or mannerisms, but simply through thoughts in the mind. Kachinskiy was also interested in the idea of telepathically communicating with animals, therefore they would work together as a duo. Durov was known to be a specialist in the psychology of animals.

Once this duo came together, the amount of experiments that were produced by them were seemingly endless. The two of them produced over 1300 experiments with all of them focusing on the idea of telepathically communicating with dogs.

In the 1920s, Durov wanted to test whether his partner would be capable of talking to his dogs without having to say any sort of words. Durov would attempt to communicate with his dogs by first staring deep into their eyes and would then place all his power into his thoughts. His thoughts would simply involve playing the image of the dog doing the trick that Durov wanted the dog to do. He would also briefly caress the dogs fur in order to try and get the dog to do what he wants.

The dog would then proceed to point his nose in the air as if he/she was in a trance created by Durov. He proved to his friends that he had a unique talent, when he went into an abandoned house with a highly aggressive dog. The dog rushed at him, but he instantly stopped the dog and it completely submitted to Durov without hesitation.

Over 650 experiments of talking to dogs were done and were deemed successes, according to the two researchers. They did in fact have their skepticism from scholars and the general public as they believe it was a hoax, however the research shows that these two men were definitely capable of something. This also shows that dogs are much more intelligent than some humans in that they can communicate through the minds, something just about every human can’t do.
