The #1 Paranormal News Site
Due to the multiple reported electrical and other anomalies surrounding some reports of UFO activity, I've always wondered how potentially feasible it would be to develop measurement and recording devices to help track UFO activity and assist in the gathering of relevant data.
It seems to me that if certain classes of UFO can create such EM or other fields that they interfere with the normal operation of terrestrial technology, than they must be emitting a signal. If they are emitting a signal all the time, or even just during certain modes of flight/ operational profiles than it should be very possible to develop sensors which can detect and triangulate the position of given UFO.
The dream in my head is this thing you can put on your roof which will use said sensor data to locate and then visually record across all light spectra in the place in the sky it is picking up unusual activity for later analysis by human actors. If this system is even remotely worthwhile (given that we would have to develop a way to discriminate terrestrial tech from potentially alien tech) than this data would then be very easy to automatically upload to a tracking database and give UFO researchers a huge leg up.
I'm not ignorant of the fact that others may have tried this exact thing, so I'd like to hear any input on the subject that anyone may have.
