Hello all,

I am trying to find more information about this person/incident but not having much luck.
I find this to be a very interesting case but I feel it may be hogwash as I would think there would be much more information about him if this was
true.

I have never heard of this before and have tried to do a thorough search on ATS but have come up blank.
Any help finding more information would be appreciated. Thanks.
