These are my goals for a future relaunch:

1 – build a network of low cost cameras. The model should roughly follow NASA's "FireBall" system. http://fireballs.ndc.nasa.gov/

2 – The cameras have to be able to be replicated easily and cheaply. These cameras need to be able to get in people's hands to install and network.

3 – The cameras need to be networked so everyone can access them.

4 – The cameras are not to be a privacy concern, they shouldn't go lower than a hair under the horizon.

5 – The network has to be decentralized. So everyone is in charge of their own hardware and costs associated with each camera.

6 – The cameras maybe used for other science as well, bird migration, weather patterns, we could have a mini-weather station at each one.

I want your ideas on how to proceed or even if I should.
