I've seen it twice now. It looks like a single white light. It almost looks like the planet Venus but it moves all over the place. Up, down, left right.

It only has the one bright white light. No strobes or any other color lights.

But, the strange thing is that's all I see is the light. I don't see a light attached to something. Just the white dot in the sky zig-zagging and moving all over the place.
