A mysterious ‘stone circle’ has been spotted on the surface of Mars. The weird picture was identified by citizen scientist by scouring through NASA’s Mars image database, the image was sent to Earth by NASA’s Curiosity Rover in early 2017. The circular rock formation is different from the meteorite impact craters that we normally see on Mars and the moon and the other bodies in the solar system. This almost looks like these rocks were arranged in this circular formation by sentient beings or these could potentially be some sort of ruin of a perished martian civilization.

A “Tree Stump” was also spotted by an amateur astronaut in a picture taken by the Curiosity Rover.
