Location of Sighting: I-89 Southbound between exits 8 and 9

Shape(s) of UFO(s): No shapes just lights

Color(s) of UFO(s): 3 or 4 bright lights slightly yellowish in color

Number of UFO(s): 3 – 4

Further Description of Sighting: I remarked to my wife that two of the lights looked like they were playing leapfrog. Those two looked like they were slowly moving in a line.

The trailing one then disappeared then seemed to reappear in front of the one that was ahead (two its left from my point of view). Then the one that was now behind disappeared and seemed to reappear in front of the one that was leading at that point.

My wife did catch a very brief glimpse after which they all disappeared. Total duration about 15 seconds.

Strangest thing about this sighting is that about 7:10 pm (about 25 minutes after I had arrived home in Barre) I saw the same type of lights with the same leapfrog effect while looking east just above and to the right of Butterfield Mtn.
