Further Description of Sighting: i was taking pics of the storm rolling in i took a few quick shots… these photos were both taken at 12:30pm 7/19 i saw this in the second photo after i loaded my pics on the computer…

I have no idea what it is or what it could be. We have seen strange lights at night in that area of the sky on quite a few occasions… neighbors have as well… at night the light is like a really bright pulsating star… that has almost like a glow around it i dont have a clue if its a UFO or not but i have no other explanation for it.
