Further Description of Sighting: There were lights hovering in the sky that appeared to be over Aptos or Santa Cruz. After watching it for a few minutes I went back in the house and got a pair of binoculars. The lights appeared to be circular and changed colors. I could hear a faint humming sound that did not sound like an aircraft of any sort.
