So, yesterday night I saw a strange white light that lasted for around 2 seconds. The time was aproximatley 03:30 PM. The light was as strong as the light emitted by lightning strikes, yet no sound was heard. It is impossible for it to have been a person since I live in an apartment on the top floor, and it is the highest building in the area. It could also not have been another resident since there are no apartment complexes or buldings opposite of my window. Whatever this light is, my mother also have encountered it
