I really enjoy this sub, especially when thoughtful discussion and grounded, reliable information is shared. It's one of the reasons I enjoy r/UAP, but there is very infrequent activity on that sub (higher quality content, as a result).

As this subreddit gains popularity, more and more people are leaving the same dry and uninvested sarcastic comments and jokes about Venus, ET, swamp gas, etc in many of the threads. Yeah, have a sense of humour when exploring this taboo topic, but those jokes have been told before, and it detracts from discussion.

There is no need for new, funnier jokes. There's a need for seriousness and maturity, because if this topic is to go anywhere, we really need to stop ridiculing it.
