Tony’s story is fascinating yet horrifying. After undergoing several months of mk-ultra type physical and mental abuse at the age of 8 he is “rented out” to a Peruvian drug cartel to perform precog work. He was then taken to Washington to be used as a child sex slave. He then served in a slave capacity in Mars colonies shortly after being reassigned to working on two merchant vessels from the dark fleet. He was then age regressed and time traveled back to shortly after was taken as part of the program commonly known as the 20 and back.
