For every 100 UFO videos that were filmed using a cell phone, we might find one video filmed using something like a Bushnell night vision scope. At several points in the video the object appears to be flying in FRONT of the cloud cover, leading us to believe that the object is much lower in altitude that previously thought. Could this object be a satellite, or possibly something else entirely?
