Past couple of months been watching something which regularly rises at same azmuth in morning sky, ~35 degrees off horizon, ese. my location brambleton area, south loudoun county, va. time 0445 hours. weather clear. did a 10 minute film clip with pocket camera, canon powershot a2500, mounted on tripod. will try again tomorrow with better camera. contact nat’l weather center. no balloons released. person i spoke with asked for copy of the video clip.
