In approximately 1975-76, on county rd 16 in dodge county, while heading north just short of county rd r, at night, my mother and i noted a row (50 feet +/-) of amber lights which appeared to be just part way up the bluff in front of us and just to the east of the road. we both commented something like “i didn’t know there was a house there”. our observation was casual and lasted for maybe 30 seconds. we then realized the next day that there was no house there. the bluff begins its rise about about 5500 feet north of where we were and it rises about 125 feet over the course of about 2000 feet. i believe it was during cooler weather, as i don’t think we had our car windows down. we turned west onto county rd r and didn’t think another thing about it until, as i said, the next day. we both saw something, something that was not there before nor immediately after, as no structures were built near to there until 30 years later.
