I was at my home sitting in my hot tube with my wife . i noticed it on a clear night when a very intense white light beamed on us a beam that was adjusted to the exact size of our hot tube i herd an click then a click off . when i first noticed it i thought a drone was their but being the sky was lite with stars i seen nothing as if the sky opened up light came on and then nothing . the object was never seen or herd only a click from some power source . how i felt at the time was as if who or what was saying here i am you can’t see me . at the time i was in the military and held a secret clearance so i asked around about what might have been in the area and everyone told me we don’t have anything flying that low and or equipped with a light bean that advanced ( no beam adjustment ) .
