Heavy overcast skies, snow falling. 19 degrees outside windchill 3 degrees. at first thought plane, then maybe snow lighting however object was disk shaped glow with dome at top-center. glow was seen through blanket style cloud-cover – grey skies. roughly 8:30pm 01/04/17. light faded slightly and grew brighter, lasted roughly 15 seconds then moved slowly over lake michigan in westward direction. it may have traveled upward slightly as it moved away, however did not appear headed to space. it was very, very large in size.
