I was driving slowly over highest mountain in the area between 2 towns. saw a flashing light , first thought it was a plane but changed direction in an erratic way. stopped the car to observed. confirmed erratic movements first to the right then almost like falling then to the left all of this as a pulsating light. lost track of it as moved further to the right (west and down) and trees obstructed view.
