Randomly pulsating/blinking starlike object that basically ‘turned on’ and ‘turned off’ in a completely random pattern. appeared to be stationary, perhaps slightly moving/wavering. i’ve seen this before, and i’m skeptic, but whatever it is it’s not an airplane/helicopter. appears high altitude, but atypical of a satellite. the light stayed relatively stationary near the planet in the sky, which i believe was jupiter. the light randomly blinked about 4 times. white in color.
