I was stargazing in my yard last evening when i noticed a strange object appear over a tree line 280 degrees to the west.As the object was to far away to see with a camera i used my telescope to get a better view of it. thinking it a star at first i stared for a few seconds, until i noticed it began to move slowly up and down past the tree line as it continued west to 290 degrees, and decended. the object in question, when viewed from my telescope was multi cololred. it would change from blue to red to green to white in a split second. it repeated these patters as it went about its business. the whole ordeal lasted 7 mins
