First looked like v shaped light, later rocket-like, duel smoke trails. looking from 7th floor window. two lights. looked through with binoculars. saw v shaped lights, not moving appearing to hover in place, but visually oriented diagonally. both lowered behind a building. minutes later several smoke trails appearing like missiles moved very slowly across our view between buildings, in several directions including, west, north-west, north, and north-east.
