I walked outside and saw a bright white object with flickering red and blue lights.I was afraid cause it was not recognizable to me, so i took a picture.Over about 2 hours it seemed to get higher in the air but closer to me. it seemed to change shape. i lost sight of it in full daylight cloud cover.
