I was on my balcony taking air at 4:30am. in the corner of my eye i thought i saw an airplane and thought nothing at that point. but i realised the object that i thought was a plane was moving very slow, too slow and so i took another look and realised this was not a plane. it had two white lights on the belly of this cigar shape craft. the light in the back was stronger than the one in the front. it “flew” or “hovered” over my apartment building then continued east and so i could no longer see it. i lost sight of the object because my building obstructed my view. i want to know if anyone else saw this last night.
