I got up from my sleeping bag to check thunderstorms which were on my left and right. immediate observed 14 to 20 orbs of light heading rite over top me out of the north or northeast towards west or southwest direction. i heard no noise and saw no aircraft lights just bright orbs red,white, green, blue, and maybe orange. i looked closely to see if i saw flickering like chinese candles but saw no flickering. i thought to my self there all flying at 45 to 60 miles per hour candles would have blown out? i thought why would the military send a large group of flares out here? i can only say for sure that they were bright orbs of light flying together in a spread pattern all in the same direction.
