My family and i were viewing fireworks when my finace pointed out a red light and said is that what i think it is. a few months back we had seen a similar light. i was able to take my phone out as we were taking pictures and start to record the object. my fiance was able to get a clear picture. first the object seamed not to move then it did. then it blinked out then turned green. it did this randomly. it would also move then change directions until it descended and dispersed
