While walking dog and watching some fireworks, we noticed a red orb stop light color and size moving slowly east then it turned green stopped for a min turned red again moved slowly west slowed turned green stop light green size and color back to red, acted as if watching fireworks. moved back and forth east and west before heading west while solid green and very fast speed 3 times faster then local planes.
