Filed and filled out at mufon headquarters with witness on the phone by field investigator l. flechtner 18809, on july 5th, 2017. ——————————————————————- i was outside my house waiting and saw a soft red circle come up over the mt. lemmon/catalina mountains and then come down again. it was a soft red light, a perfect circle. it came up from behind the mountain and came down again. it was the size of a red traffic light. i guess it was 6,000 feet high and about 25 miles away from me. i used to teach people how to use the big telescopes so i am familiar with lights in the sky. this light was nothing i have ever seen before. the weather was clear with no wind. i am retired and wear glasses to read.
