I was 11 years old at the time, i shared a room with my younger brother. there were two windows in our room and we both had our own bed next to these windows. we were both in bed sleeping, but for some reason i woke up and remember seeing light shining through my window blinds. i opened my blinds to better see what this light was, i remember seeing an orb of light and asking myself “is that a helicopter searchlight?” yet there was no sound. before i could understand what i was looking at the light appeared in front of my window seemingly instantly. my entire window was filled with a bright white light, i remember looking over to my brother who was still sleeping, the light outside my window then began pulsating filling my room with bright light and then darkness almost rhythmically. i was terrified, filled with fear i jumped out of bed and ran to the bedroom door, but i was unable to turn the door knob. i dropped to my knees and began praying, i then remember waking up in my bed the next morning. the experience was so frightening i thought it was a demon, i remember destroying many of my favorite childhood games thinking they were evil. my mother was a very religious person and so was i as a child. i kept my experience a secret for many years, almost ashamed thinking a demon had visited me. it was only as an adult i came to understand this was much more likely a ufo sighting.
