The #1 Paranormal News Site
I envision an organized effort for serious minded UFO researchers, naturally finding their way through life and eventually landing different careers, utilizing their position professionally to further acknowledgment of the UFO phenomenon.
A young man browsing this subreddit may be going to class to become a science professor. In his lecture 3 years later, he presents the UFO phenomenon on a fun slide to his class and asks the students to come up with scientific observations based on classic cases like Phoenix lights, rendelsham, etc.
Another person maybe becomes a police officer, and perhaps makes it a point to keep an ear out for reports of aerial phenomenon in his jurisdiction. Perhaps he understands that in the case of a low flying object, his radar gun could come in handy as well as access to formal reports on ufos made over history.

In general, think about it as positive subversive tactics, the same way an enemy state may ruin morale in a country through clever propaganda.
Now, imagine we got these people at the start of their careers to vow to further UFO acknowledgement when entering the work force fresh out of schooling or certification, etc. Then, imagine if there was a way those people would keep in contact in order to further their web of influence. Police officers and fire fighters overlap frequently, so we'd like to get one UFO sympathizer in both so that branch is covered. Lawyers as well. Literally any profession can be used in some way.
I really start to dream when I think of those that are currently raising children. I know I will instill the interest and awe that the mystery of the UFO phenomenon brings, and if such a group I daydream about should ever form, I imagine the possibility of it being multi generational, our kids taking over, the web ever spreading. Like the free masons of UFOs (without the negative connotation)
Hope you enjoyed my daydream
